Serving in a wide range of positions providing tax and operational consulting services. He has a strong educational background, proven communication skills, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, confidence and enthusiasm.
Dennis is originally from Detroit, MI and moved to Denver, Colorado to attend Denver University to attain his Masters in Taxation Degree. Dennis moved his family to New Bern in 2001 and started his practice here in 2002.

| Bea Palumbo grew up in Denver, Colorado and moved to New Bern NC with Dennis and their son Eddie 8 years ago. Bea has a background in Sales and Marketing and handles all customer service aspects of the business.
Ms. B coordinates office appointments, preliminary tax preparation and general office procedures.
Bea brings a fresh perspective to help clients market their business in Eastern Carolina.
Ms. B is a member of The Coastal Womens Forum and New Bern Chamber of Commerce.

| Kate is originally from England and moved to the US in 1993. She received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Education in 1993 from Chester College, England and an Accounting & Finance Certificate in 2005 from Kaplan University.
Ms. Jackson joined our team in January 2008 and is commissioned as a notary public in North Carolina, her other duties include tax preparation, accounting, customer service and various administrative functions for our firm.
Kate brings organization and diligence to her work.
